I came to this country in 72 and lived in new jersey my entire life. They planned to demolish the structure for the construction of Ginos other restaurant location. I know they were purchased from a fast food chain, and believe it was Ginos. They truly believed in providing a quality product at a reasonable price. I remember my uncle would take my cousin and i took Ginos on saturday every other weekend it was the best time of my childhood. My all time favorite sandwich was the Hero which was way better than the Big Mac. Around 1981, the chain management made the unfortunate decision to discontinue the trademark Giant, Sirloiner, and hamburger/cheeseburger. Giant burgers.
